Halfway to the Holidays and we have some joyful news! The merry season will be returning to Walt Disney World resort beginning November 12.

Holiday decor, festive music and entertainment, seasonal food and drinks, themed merchandise will bring the holiday cheer to the theme parks, Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs. Here’s a rundown of the details we know so far…
🏰 “Disney’s Very Merriest After Hours” a new ticketed event, will debut at Magic Kingdom Nov. 8 (before the official start of WDW holiday season on Nov 12) and available on select nights through Dec. 21. The event will begin at 9pm until 1am with admission into MK beginning at 7pm. The four hour event will include “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks,” characters throughout the park, holiday music and decor, holiday-themed attraction overlays, treats (included with admission), and more! Tickets go on sale next month. Guests at select Walt Disney World resorts will get access to an early purchase window
🎬 Sunset Seasons Greetings returns to Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Hollywood Holiday Tower Hotel will feature projection effects with themes from Arendelle, Muppets, Toy Story, and Mickey’s Christmas Carol. This holiday show will alternate with the tower’s nightly transformation into a Beacon of Magic. Additionally, Santa Claus can be seen dashing down Hollywood Boulevard in a motorcade, a festive finale at “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration”, Minnie and friends will be donning their holiday best for a festive meal at Hollywood & Vine – GAWRSH! Even Santa Goofy will be there! Of course, the holiday celebration at Hollywood Studios be not be complete without the vintage-themed holiday decor – the BEST!
🌳 Disney’s Animal Kingdom, seasonal decor and flotillas return along with holiday music. During the holiday season, The Tree of Life Awakenings will see a festive edition that will run most nights, alternating with the tree’s Beacon of Magic
🌐 The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will return from Nov. 26-Dec. 30, with Holiday Kitchens around the park, performances by Voices of Liberty, the Cookie Stroll, and more
🎄 Disney Springs will transform into a winter wonderland, featuring lights, decor and holiday surprises. The Christmas Tree Stroll will also be returning – elaborately decorated, Disney-themed trees, with some new trees inspired by the 50th celebration. Among all the great shopping, dining and entertainment at Disney Springs, you will also discover holiday themed food and beverages; including Jock Lindseys’s Hangar Bar transforming into Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar
☃️ Disney Resorts will be decked out for the holidays, with their iconic decor. At select resorts you will find restaurants offering holiday menus and specialty food and drinks… and a guest favorite, the gingerbread displays are back again!
