Travel Agent Fee Policy

1. Introduction
At [Beckyb Travel], we strive to provide our clients with personalized, efficient, and high-quality travel services. To maintain the standard of excellence that our clients expect, we have established a travel agent fee policy. This policy is designed to ensure transparency regarding the fees associated with our services.

2. Types of Fees
The following fees may be charged for our services:
• Consultation Fee: A fee charged for providing personalized travel advice, trip planning, and itinerary design.
• Booking Fee: A fee for securing flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services on behalf of the client.
• Service Fee: A charge for additional services such as changes to bookings, cancellations, or managing special requests (e.g., group bookings, complex itineraries).
• Research Fee: For clients who require extensive research, custom routes, or unique destination options.
• Cancellation or Change Fee: A fee that applies when a client requests changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings.

3. Fee Structure
• All fees are subject to change based on the complexity and nature of the travel arrangements.
• Fees are either a flat rate or a percentage of the total cost of the booking, as outlined below:

• Booking Fee: 5% of the total booking cost, minimum $25.
• Service Fee: $35 per change or special request.
• Ticketing Fee: $15 per ticket.
• Research Fee: $50 for in-depth custom travel planning.
• Cancellation/Change Fee: $50 per request.

4. Payment of Fees
• Fees are due at the time of service, and clients will be notified of all fees before services are rendered.
• If travel arrangements are not confirmed or proceed with booking, the consultation and research fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
• The consultation, booking, research, and service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or arrangements are confirmed.
• If the client cancels a trip or booking, only the refundable amounts for travel-related expenses will be returned, minus applicable cancellation fees.
• If changes are made to a booking, the client may be required to pay additional fees depending on the adjustments needed.

6. Special Circumstances
• For large group bookings, corporate travel, or luxury services, additional fees may apply based on the specific needs and complexity of the arrangements.
• If any third-party fees are involved (such as for tours, attractions, or flights), those fees are separate from our travel agent fees and will be communicated clearly to the client.

7. Transparency
• All fees will be explained in writing at the time of initial consultation, and a detailed breakdown will be provided at the time of booking.
• We aim to be transparent in all aspects of our fee structure to ensure that there are no misunderstandings regarding charges.

8. Agreement
• By utilizing our services, clients agree to the terms of this Travel Agent Fee Policy. Any changes to this policy will be communicated promptly.
