We have almost completed our coaching roster for the summer. If you are interested let me know. There are several locations this summer and in the fall for coaches to support, so we are flexible with times in the morning, afternoon, and early evening.

Retreat Friday for Webster University's Speech & Debate Team. Great to be back around the team and coaches. This evening's lecture was on my forensics experience and Public Address-Info, Persuasion, ADS, and Rhetorical Criticism. Tomorrow I will be presenting on Negative/Opposition Debate Theory.

New Office. Move-In Day! Our new home location in the Central West End is the "largest and oldest innovation center in Missouri" CIC@CET (Cortex Innovation Community for Emerging Technology) in St. Louis, 20 South Sarah St.

This new 2nd floor location will be excellent for events, trainings, meetings, networking, and hosting programs. Tons of amenities with the privacy and technology I need to administer and host. We also have access for our volunteers and interns. Stop by for coffee or lunch starting next week.

I will post pics of our new private office over the next few days as I move in.

Today's Word Diversion at the STLJDC's Griscom School was great. Both of our groups are on Scene 5 of their original screenplays, with only a few days left until summer we will complete the project in the next week. Until next time, Speak.Listen.Grow.

Today's Word Diversion classes were phenomenal. The high school boys wrote two scenes for an original screenplay. The theme was based on childhood friends going in different directions. The middle school boys wrote three original scenes for a screenplay, focused on three basketball playing youths who encounter older hoop legends and violence in the streets on their way to adulthood. The lone girl in the high school girl's class wrote her first poem ever, entitled The Mystery. I was very impressed, especially with some of the boys who had rough days last week who turned their attitudes around totally to participate today. Until next time. Speak.Listen.Grow.

We currently have folks from the following industries: Insurance, Banking, Health & Fitness, and, Elderly Care. The GCI, Inc. is the non profit representative in the group. There is no fee. There are other Chamber Leads groups meeting as well if our day and time do not fit your schedule.
