our child's development as I feel communication with families is vital to children's development. We all want our children to thrive and love learning. We want our children to grow up to be independent caring individuals. I will teach children empathy, responsibility, respect, love, and the self help skills needed so they may reach their fullest potential. I believe in treating all children with respect, as they are people with feelings. I believe children need boundaries and guidance and when they know what is expected and are treated properly they will exceed our expectations.
