On my way to see the latest happenings at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival today. This is one of my favorite festivals. The topiaries are works of art, the kitchen offerings at the many food kiosks really highlight freshness and flavor, and the music concerts bring the stages alive.

All Star Sports, Music, or Movies while they are value level resorts at Disney, they are so fun with their theming. I did some touring of All.Star Music and found the rooms to be spacious, especially with the raised beds that can hold suitcases underneath. The theming is super fun especially for families with younger children. While these resorts only utilize Disney's bus system, they provide a more affordable budget that can allow your funds to go further on your vacation. The main pools are super cute, the buildings are colorful, and the quick service dining allows families easy access to a variety of food.
A new to Disney Springs delicious restaurant. You won't want to miss out on this gem. Summer House on the Lake
They have a fabulous brunch. Additionally they have a cookie bar that showcases cookies you won't want to miss out on.
Animal.Kingdom Lodge does not disappoint as an amazing place to vacation. If you love animals, if you want a resort that isn't just the same old thing this resort might be for you. Their main pool area has a water slide and hot tub as well as a pool bar. They have several delicious sit down restaurants as well as a quick service location. However what is simply fabulous about this resort is the many animals you have opportunity to see.

I'm looking forward to a week of learning. First to Disney to tour some properties and hopefully time to see what's new at Epcot right now, and then onto Ft. Lauderdale for the annual Cruise Line International Conference. This conference is so beneficial to keeping up with all of what's new and happening around the world with all of the many travel vendors.
