🏎️🏁 Radiator Springs Racers is pedal to the metal fun for racers of all ages! (Well, at least those gearheads 40 inches and taller) Imagineers NAILED everything about this attraction and this land, and I wish we could still somehow get more of it. 😋 If a snack can become the stuff of legends, then the spring rolls over at the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart in Magic Kingdom have achieved legendary status 🌟. I can’t think of a snack I’ve seen featured more on Instagram 📸 and in Walt Disney World articles than these little guys. Have you tried one? Something about a cheeseburger egg roll 🍔🥢 can be hard for some to wrap their heads around. Let’s convince them otherwise! Where are my fans? 🙋

😎 When you’re tackling those crazy hot Florida days at Walt Disney World or Universal Studios, your new summer besties might need to be a cooling towel and/or misting fan. 🧊🌬️ I mean, who else is going to keep you cool when Florida decides to turn up the heat to 'surface of the sun'? 🔥 These unsung heroes are the secret to enjoying the parks from sunup to sundown without melting into a puddle. You can find them for sale all over the parks or even on Amazon before you go. I wasn't sure they really worked until my first July in Florida vacation! I'm a believer! I also like a midday pool break!
🥵 How do you beat the heat? Cooling towels, misting fans, midday pool breaks, ice cream for lunch?

Valid concern: “Will I be disappointed by Tom Sawyer Island?” Time is money at Walt Disney World and nobody wants to feel like they’ve wasted any. Most Disney theme parks are a blend of amazing technologically advanced, thrilling and sophisticated attractions mixed with some feel-good classics that represent a bygone era of simpler times and a slower pace. Tom Sawyer Island falls into the latter category and it shines! Explore mines, discover a fort, have a picnic lunch, let kids burn energy at the playground, enjoy picturesque views and just “be”, secluded from the hustle happening in every other area of Magic Kingdom. If you feel that sounds like a hard pass, then Tom Sawyer Island probably isn’t for you.

All that said...are you hopping on the raft over or make a beeline for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad?

EPCOT is the most magical place on earth for food options! Sure, you can have your traditional theme park fare, but there is just so much more to tempt your palette. For something really unique and with one of the best views at the park, give Spice Road Table a try. Their small plates menu is perfect for sharing and satisfying that craving to have just a bite of LOTS of goodies. Is this a must do for anyone?

If you had to name THE most underrated pavilion in EPCOT which nook of World Showcase would get your vote? And what do you think folks are missing the most by just breezing by it? Morocco gets my vote! The delicious small plates at
Spice Road Table with that incredible view and THE most authentic souvenir shop in World Showcase make me love Morocco and want to shout it out, but also keep it my little secret so I can also get my sunset dining reservation at Spice Road Table!

Pro Tip: If you’re dog tired and just need a break from all the magic (and walking) at Universal Studios but don’t want to look like a quitter to your endless energy park pals, suggest you take in the Bourne Stuntacular show. It’s live action so you never know what you’ll get (we even had some fun flubs happen during our visit) but you DO know that you’ll get about 30 minutes off your feet in the cool without ever having to admit that you are struggling. (You’re welcome!)

This Show is amazing! I am so glad I made time for it on my last trip. I love how the Bourne Stuntacular show stays true to the roots of what makes Universal Studios so magical: the movie making aspect. Universal is famous for taking us INTO our favorite movies and making us feel like we are a part of the storyline of beloved films. This live action stunt show gives guests an up close glimpse into the work that goes into creating a realistic action flick. How likely are you to take some time out of your busy park day to enjoy a show? Even if you never wanted to be a stunt double as a kid, you’ll enjoy the break from the heat and non-stop action of this show.

❤️ I don’t know about you, but I LOVE watching how Universal Orlando is ALWAYS upping their game and reminding Walt Disney World that they are right across town ready for guests to fall in love with them too. Did you know you can even trade pins at Universal? Yep, Disney doesn’t corner the market on the fun pin trade game.🎉 Rules are a little different at Universal, but their bling game is legit!
