Give mom some "me" time to enjoy slipper-shaped cookies!!

First, slice a doughnut hole in half. Frost the rounded sides with prepared frosting and roll in ½ cup of shredded coconut tinted with food coloring. Then place a little frosting on the top portion of a chocolate oval-shaped cookie and top with the halved doughnut hole — flat side down. Use the Decorator Bottle with writing tip to decorate.
