Pitching in on some yearly maintenance here at Bexley Place. Before you ask, between this pollen, joint compound dust, paint, and hair--YES the bonnet was essential. 😉 can look like both at any given time.
There is nothing wrong with virtual hosting or letting others manage your rentals, however, if you desire to receive authentic 5-star reviews you have to spend time in your rental. Or at least hire someone you trust who understands the perspectives of both the property owner and guests and can balance both interests.
"Is that bed REALLY squeaky or hard as a rock?"
"What happened to the water pressure in the shower?"
"Where are these spiders coming from?"
"Is that dog going to bark ALL night?"
"Maybe it would be nice if there was a larger frying pan in the kitchen."
