A spectacular 4-night Disney Cruise on the brand new "Wish". Our whole family had a wonderful time.

Some highlights:

•Warmth of the staff. Always willing to go above and beyond.
•Abundance of things to do, especially for kids.
•High quality of food & beverages.
•Great cabin.

When people ask if it's worth spending more on a Disney Cruise, I can now confirm that it absolutely is. The service and hospitality, especially for families, was unlike anything I've experienced on a cruise.

Interest in cruising varies. Sometimes it's all people want to do, other times no one wants to go.

Right now, it appears that it is top of mind for many people. Europe, Alaska, and the Caribbean are all places I've booked in the past few months.

Here are Sandradee and I from our Babymoon Alaskan Cruise in 2016. It's hard to describe the sheer size of Alaska. Magnificent, and highly recommend.

29 years ago, our parents loaded us into our Volvo station wagon, and we went to Maryland? Virginia? for my Aunt Nancy's surprise 40th birthday party.

Now the kids are staring down at 40. It has been nothing short of wonderful to help my oldest friend, , plan her birthday celebration in Jamaica. With kids, sports, COVID tests, there has been so much coordination involved. But when pictures like this come in, you know it's worth it.

Aloha! It's been another longish break. In 2021 I booked more vacations to Hawaii than ever before. Here is a picture that a family on Spring Break to Maui sent over.

2022 has been all about Europe so far. I’ve never seen this type of demand to go across the pond in my almost nine years as an agent.

And of course, there's always Mexico and the Caribbean.

With the travel industry fully back to life, it truly isn't too early to start thinking about most vacations, especially is you want to travel in the next year. Let me know any questions at all, I'm always here to help. 🤙🏻

Day 5. We had one last breakfast and took a good look at the resort before departing. The flights back were highlighted by a spectacularly long immigration line at ORD, and us sprinting Home Alone style to make our connection to MSN. The irony isn't lost on me.

It was a wonderful vacation with my better half. I can say we felt more relaxed and connected than we've been in a long time.

We couldn't have done this without the help of my in-laws who watched the kids while we were gone. Our appreciation for them is immense. Thank you.

Day 4. We started out with a workout and walk on the beach. Then relaxing at the pool and some pizza for lunch.

In the late afternoon, our group went on a sunset cruise where we saw the famous arch of Cabo San Lucus. The whales were out putting on a show for us. It was a perfect last night of our vacation.

Day 3. We had a tour and cooking class at Flora Farms. This is a local farm-to-table restaurant and boutique hotel property. We made tamales, salsa, guacamole, hibiscus sour cream, and ceaser salad. The chefs and guides provided lots of local and region facts.

After that it was a relaxing afternoon and evening back at the resort.

Day 2. Started with my favorite breakfast, chilaquiles. Then the agents took a quick tour of the property. Sandy relaxed at the pool.

After that, a relaxing day at the pool followed by hydrotherapy. At night we had a fancier dinner with our team.

I have a tendency to take a few days to relax when traveling. Here it has happened quicker than usual.

Day 1 of our first kids free vacation since our Babymoon.

Travel from MSN -> ORD -> SJD. Staying with my incredible team of Rockstar agents at the magnificent Le Blanc Los Cabos.

The attention to detail and service level is unmatched in my 8 years as an agent.

This week, I was able to book a friend on a very last minute trip to El Dorado Royale. Having been there less than a month ago, I was able to make sure it checked the boxes they were looking for.

Being a travel agent during 2020 was challenging. Knowing the world is opening up and people are excited to travel has been a great reminder of the silver linings that take place in our lives.

It's been a while since I did a Mexico Monday. Here is a view of the beach at the Hard Rock in Puerto Vallarta.

Just last week I booked my flights for two more trips to Mexico in 2021. I can't wait to get back later this year.

Do you ever end a vacation, and wish you knew more of what you saw? I'm definitely guilty of this.

This is the Portal Maya in Playa del Carmen. I snapped this shot from our trip three years ago, thinking it was a cool statue as we probably chased Sarah.

I was just going through photos of that trip, and realized I knew nothing about this. After some research, I found out it relates to the Mayan communities and their calendar ending in 2012.

It's funny, I told Sandy Pittelli that I was going to post pictures from our honeymoon this week. Maybe to remind ourselves if what it felt like to be young and rested? Then a better reason came along.
