We love vacation rentals and have had the pleasure of staying in vacation rentals in France, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, and throughout the US. There is definitely high variability in quality from wonderful and charming cottages to the slumlord make the quick buck mentality when we've stayed at these places. There were places that provided only single ply toilet paper (ouch). Actually the place we stayed in Paris provided no toilet paper (Mon dieu). We hope we are providing the better of the 2 experiences. Please leave us a comment on what kinds of amenities you expect for a great experience. At Providence Cottage again doing some touch up work. Installing some window tint and adding decor. The sunset is again gorgeous. First guests come tomorrow and everything is ready.
