Bringing your boat with you and wondering where to launch?

Shawnee Bend Public Access Boat Ramp is just a 10 minute drive from the Red Oak Retreat, and a quick boat ride!

The ramp is very easy to navigate and it is FREE!

New photo shoot of one of the best coves on the lake at MM13! We have Lake House 13 (some of the best food ever, and wonderful entertainment) and Point Oasis Marina at the front of the cove shared with The Red Oak Retreat!

When staying at the Red Oak Retreat, check out Point Oasis. They are located in the same cove at MM13. They offer boat and jet ski rentals, and if you are bringing your own boat, you can launch there, and park your trailer there, just two minutes away from our dock!

The new dock has arrived! With a large 12 x 40’ slip, it will easily accommodate any boat a guest may bring, or even two fishing boats tied end to end.

Beautifully furnished with brightly colored poly wood seating, loungers and a bar, this is the place you will want to spend much of your stay! It will also be equipped with three kayaks and a large lily pad (water mat) for our guests to maximize the enjoyment of this beautiful no wake cove!

We are Scott and Carol Harris, owners of THE RED OAK RETREAT.

We reside in Texas, but are originally from the Midwest and have family at LOTO! We recently purchased this beautiful house on Red Oak Lane at the 13mm in Sunrise Beach. We will be using THE RED OAK RETREAT for our own family vacations, and making it available for others to make many happy memories on the lake!

We are excited to say that we have purchased a new dock! Installation will be mid April 2024! It will have a large 12 x 40’ slip to accommodate any boat you want to bring! Large swim deck will be furnished with brightly colored polywood loungers, along with additional conversation seating. There is also a fish cleaning station!
