Here are some fun travel pics from a Caribbean cruise Cindy and I took in 2016 over our anniversary. We visited several ports of call, explored a cave in Barbados, went diving in St. Kitts, and did a two-day post cruise stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Very cool!

How can I get better sleep on long-haul flights? ✈️🥱😴
This is a great article and I would add that I always have a small polar fleece blanket that rolls up and fits in my backpack as well as a jacket or sweatshirt. One of these, depending on the temperature in the cabin, warm or chilly, ends up getting stuffed under my neck pillow around my neck in order to hold it even more snug and keep my head upright. My neck does not like to flop over and I would rather stay awake than feel that pain when I wake up! Many seats have headrests that you can bend out to hold your head upright, most people don’t even know that exists. It works great and I don’t care how silly I might look during my much enjoyed nap!
