Make sure when you travel to make a change or regroup or go in search of a life altering plan, you have a return ticket. When we think we are going to come back a different person, it doesn't always work out the way you think it should. After all the one constant in anything is you! Keep an open mind, be brave and enjoy the ride!

The road less traveled is often the road right in front of you that you hesitate to take because it looks scary, weird or you just don't know where it goes. Take it, worst thing that can happen is you turn around and come back to where you were before you left.

We all need support, we all need to hear "good job" or "your an amazing person". We all need love, compassion and just some reassurance that we are walking the right road for us.
