A Retreat in Nature

Even if you are not an occasional camper, you will enjoy a connection to nature in these outfited Cabin Tents. Each 10’x12’ tent is attached to a 12’x16’raised deck with an additional rain fly over the whole tent and porch. 2 single sized, comfortable sleeping Futon Bed frames with 8" mattresses with sheets and blankets are provided. Let us know if you are bringing your own sleeping bags or other bedding. Each Tent has a ceiling fan, bench, 2 chairs and a folding table provided. There is a communal grill and firepit nearby. Short walk to the bathrooms and a hot water shower. We are in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants.

For additional fees we can provide an ice filled cooler and camping stove with utensils. Make this a true personal healing retreat by walking the nature trail, and labyrinth. If you would like to take the opportunity to experience yoga, massage or a relaxing sound healing session we can help you coordinate it. Most weeks in the Spring and Fall, we offer Yoga on Tuesday nights and a musically guided meditation on Wednesday nights at 7:00 and and Sunday afternoons at 4:00. Energy healing with tuning forks can be scheduled anytime.

Message us to check for availability and plan your visit. Currently availability begins May 22 and runs through June 26th. We will open them up again in the Fall on HipCamp as “Glamping at Oak Grove Retreat” We plan to add at least 1 more by October.

“ Kevin and Trish were wonderful hosts. The tiny house was clean, well kept, and plenty of room for 2 of us. They had the heat on and door unlocked when we arrived. I told them that my daughter and I were coming for the snow storm… they led us to a wonderful spot to sled. Trish went into town and got us bread from the store so we didn’t have to drive around in cold conditions. They were in constant communication to make sure everything was in working order. The property has a walking trail, a chapel, and 3 lovely pups. Don’t pass up on this gem!”

I loved the energy of the place from the minute I walked in and it was exactly what my partner and I needed as a quiet retreat after family time during the holidays. I loved walking through the grounds, especially the walking trail. Every person that worked on site introduced themselves and was so kind to us. We even got to meet all of the dogs which we loved, it made my whole day getting to meet them. I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking for a unique and serene space away from the chaos of everyday life. I felt so at peace and comforted here and the space is not only beautiful but also feels so supportive and loving. I also love that there are offerings for energy healing or yoga sessions if you want them. I would love to stay here again in the future and explore that more.”
