Tonight I’m dining at Spice Riad Table with the Fireworks Package. Each person gets two small plates, a dessert platter and unlimited drinks (including alcohol from the menu) until the firework start. I’ll be able to watch Epcot Forever right from my seat.

Today was a non park day and in addition to going to Disney Springs, I spent part of my day roaming around the Saratoga Springs Resort.

Disney Springs has a number of restaurants with menus developed by James Beard Award winning chef’s. Tonight I’m at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ to try one of those restaurants.

Spending the day at Disney Springa today, it is so close to the resort, you can take a bus, a boat or stroll along a beautiful lake. Today, I tried Salt and Straw Ice Cream so good. So many interesting options but I went Black Olive Brittle and Goat Cheese- so yummy!

Lunch is at Yak and Yeti inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. This is one of the full service table restaurants in the park. it has become one of my ”go-to’s” in the park. With Asian and Indian inspirations it is a great option to explore some new flavors.

One of my favorite things about Walt Disney World is the variety of resorts. There really is something for everyone. Tonight, I have dinner reservations at the California Grill at the Contemporary resort. Decided to head over early to check out this beautiful and iconic resort.

I’ve been staying at the lovely Disney’s Saratoga Springs resort. This is just a perfect location for a Disney vacation. My one bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, a split bathroom design, and a spectacularly designed Murphy bed.
