Get ready to go down to ‘Nawlins to celebrate the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on June 28th! There’ll be new treats, treasures and surely one big drop to commemorate the event. So if you have a trip scheduled to Disneyland or Walt Disney World, just know, they’re almost there!
Have you ever had the privilege of being photographed by Mr. Willie at Disneys Hollywood Studios? He is a legend and we try to find him each time we visit. You should too! He’s the absolute sweetest and he regularly receives the MOST cast compliments for months at a time. You can see why…he’s also a very talented photographer.

A dream can be a dream come true with just a spark from me to you! This Figment bound was so much fun and Figgy loved it too. He’s always been my favorite since the Dreamfinder years and in every meet and greet iteration. 🐉🐲
Growing up, the Main Street Electrical Parade was always my favorite! I can still do the whole intro from memory. This might be as close as we are going to get stateside for a while in the form of the Dreams That Soar drone show now at Disney Springs. As the sun sets, make your way to the west side to witness this awesome display of technology, lights, and memories! They are saying it will only be shown through the beginning of September but I’m hoping that it may get an extension.
Looking for something that is that VERY RARE thing Walt Disney World:free?!? Next time you are in Magic Kingdom, stop by the ticket booth outside of Storybook Treats opposite Dumbo and pickup a scavenger hunt map sponsored by Scentsy. Take your time searching for each Smellephant and mark its location on the map. The best part it that each one smells like the snack they are themed after! While it may make you hungry, this is a fun, free little side quest for the whole family!
Really cool run-in with rare (and random) characters in the American Pavilion of EPCOT today! I know that sometimes there are one or two characters that come out down the path next to the Regal Eagle, but all of these (and Meeko and Piglet but I didn’t get their picture) were out at the same time and roaming around like Disneyland! It was a truly magical moment. I also have NEVER seen any of the Country Bears outside of Frontierland in Magic Kingdom so that was rare in itself. Disney Character Photos

What whirlwind start to 2024! plus 5k and yoga for 71 total miles, 2 coasts, 6 parks, and tons of fun (and weather)!
I know many have asked about carb loading for races…well folks, if you’re on the Skyliner, don’t sleep on Primo Piatto ! You can mobile order when you’re on your way or for a quick grab back to your room. Had the lasagna tonight and it was fantastic! Helps my pocket condiments are appropriate too. And anyone who misses the GIANT meatball from , you can satisfy that craving too. They even got the “good ice”!

Is there somewhere (like Visit Alaska) that is a trip for you? One of the best and most economic ways to take that trip and make your dream a reality just may be to visit on a cruise! So many options for length of trip, ports to visit, and activities on board that we are sure to find you the perfect combo no matter the destination. Pro tip: the further out that you book, there tends to be the most discounts as well (and you have longer to pay down the balance after the deposit is made). Did Juneau there’s a lot to do in Alaska’s state capitol?!? Got to mush along the worlds largest temperate rainforest with the bestest girls and boys and meet PUPPIES!! Enjoyed some huckleberry ice cream and a beautiful double rainbow to send us on our way. Next stop, Sitka!

While the deluxe resorts are more expensive than the value or moderates, there is definitely something extra special about being able to watch new years fireworks from your balcony! Staying at Wilderness Lodge this go round and this was our view last night.
