The story of how Peacock Ridge came about.

About 2 years ago my parents shared with me their dream was to retire in Temecula and host a Bed and breakfast/AirBnB.

They have both worked so hard their entire lives and they should have already been retired. I made it my mission to make their wish come true. We found houses that had what we were looking for but we were always outbid by cash offers. A year into our search we got a call about this property, it just hit the market, we rushed over to look in person. This was exactly what we were searching for. Then the realtor tells us she already had a cash offer and she was only taking back up offers. We submitted an offer as did others. Our back up offer was accepted, however we then got word the cash deal closed. Two months later this house was back on the market. The new owners accepted our offer. The property was officially ours on Valentines Day 2022.

We just celebrated our ONE year anniversary!
We have had many events and guest stay with us over the year, they have all given us amazing reviews and some are regulars now. We recently added a Photo Booth so guest can check in, take pics of their magical moments, share and tag us on Facebook. We want to share all the memories that Peacock Ridge creates.

We look forward to spreading the word and creating more magical moments for others.

Welcome to Peacock Ridge located in wine country of Temecula, Ca. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa nestled on 13 acres of mature oak trees and historic boulders. Sit on the balcony and watch the morning hot air balloons rise. Take a walk on the cobblestone paths leading you to the pool area with amazing views. Take a Light Hike to explore the property and you will find the sports court with basketball court, tetherball and pickle ball.
Have a picnic in the wooded, grass area and play many lawn games such as light up frisbees, bocce ball, tipsy toss and croquet. Continue your adventure across the bridge of the seasonal creek up to a 1900’s Rock Cottage, wedding/event venue and large rocks you can walk out onto and overlook the property.
