Jimmy Green Changed My Life

Jimmy Green Changed My Life We only get one name and mine happens to be pretty catchy, looks good on a website domain and I enjoy seeing what people will vandalize with a sticker !

Father of four (soon to be five), I take life by the tail until I am able to pin the horns on the rabbit. I got out of the Marine Corps in March 2011,and stumbled into Ignite Bistro and Wine Spot in Carlsbad, CA where they took me on as a food runner and barback before I quickly became a drink slinger and self-proclaimed in-house entertainer of some of the coolest people in North County. Since the

n, I have completed my BBA in business management, with a concentration in marketing, became a reverend (not so far as Rev Run from Run DMC,but give him a "run" for his money, pun intended) and was co- creater of 2 and 3/4 awesome little monsters some of you may refer to as children in addition to the two 9-year-olds my wife and I had before their existence. With a background in journalism, photography, public relations and a twist of counter- piracy on a Maritime Raid Force, I easily transitioned to fatherhood (as if I had a choice) and the industry of "Changing lives, one human interaction at a time." I rarely meet a stranger I don't already know and make an effort to leave an impression on each person I have the pleasure of crossing paths with. Hopefully that impression is a reflection of who I am on and off the clock, as I try to be sincere in all aspects of life from parenting, to pleasing guests at the bar to giving money to the homeless no matter how much my wife tells me I'm way too nice. I believe in being firm but fair, praising in public and punishing in private, jumping straight from strike one to three, because making the same mistake twice is wrong and three time is unacceptable. My morals and life experiences made me who I am and I am proud of that little guy I "grew down" to be. My kids keep me young, the Corps made me old and the patrons at the bar remind me that I could be a whole lot crazier =) As i live this life day by day I try to keep a smile on my face because I know life could be a whole lot worse then mixing drinks on a patio bar in southern California at sunset, and keeps getting a whole lot better with every sticker I hand out and you stick on something that makes me laugh. At the end of the day as long as I am still surrounded by my family, awesome friends, and new friends-to-be, I think I can find the time to continue freaking out the people who find it hard to comprehend why the nice young chap behind the bar is hand out stickers and shouting hello way to loud at everyone within earshot. We only get one name and mine happens to be pretty catchy, looks good on a website domain and I enjoy seeing what people will vandalize when I hand them a sticker with it splattered across the front of. A handful of states and the three main countries making up North America later, I still haven't seen it nearly enough and I am convinced the people I have yet to meet will not cease to surprise me with interesting and unique placement. In return I will keep Changing Lives because those close to me know I have done more than my share of creating them. In the words of the great seƱor Barrack Obama, it is time for change! I just took it upon myself to initiate that effort in the way I choose the interpret those words of wisdom.
