There are three neighborhood rec centers with pools, tennis, and more, and the Lake Miona Regional Rec Center with a big pool, lots of tennis, pickleball, and more all within a 3 minute golf cart ride. Tennis racquets are in the garage ready for your enjoyment, or you can borrow any equipment at the Rec centers. This home is set up and ready for you – just bring your clothes & toothbrush! From the moment you enter the front door you'll notice the high ceilings and spacious feel of this home. The kitchen is equipped with GE Appliances (including a gas stove), a pantry closet, plenty of cabinets and an extra-large countertop for cooking and entertaining. As you walk into the dining area & living room, you'll notice the open concept layout. The dining room has sliding glass doors leading to the large side patio, which is the perfect spot for grilling (a new charcoal grill is waiting for you). The living room has sliding glass doors opening to the screened-in back patio (lanai), with a new patio table. The backyard is shaded by trees, so you can either sit on the patio or on the backyard bench and enjoy your morning coffee or end your day relaxing with a cold beverage of your choice. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large walk in closet, and a sliding glass door to the lanai. The guest bedroom, which features two twin beds and guest bath (with a relaxing bathtub), can be closed off with a pocket door, for added privacy. This is a non-smoking house and no pets are permitted. Available for 2-5 months (December 2020 – April 2021)

Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart. Any type of damage to owner’s golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter. Keys, garage door opener, and gate pass supplied upon arrival
The Villages Resident ID card is available for an additional fee of $50 (paid directly to The Villages) and is good for the duration of your stay. The resident pass entitles you to free golf (you pay trail fees, unless you walk) at the Executive courses and reduced rates at the Championship/Country Club golf courses. Please check The Villages website for the most current information. All utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, and pest control are all included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
