Also, as non-smokers we do not carry smoky odor into your home. We each have credit scores of over 800 – basically, that means you can trust us! And you? You may be a “snowbird” who will be absent from your home for several months, or you may be the excited person about to take that “Dream Vacation” of a lifetime! Either way, you want to know your home is safe while you’re away. Knowing that Mickey and Cindy are checking on your home lets you relax and enjoy your time elsewhere! The Process: When you apply for our service, you complete the Application Form and then we meet to take photos of your home to ensure that it will look the same when you return. We’ll document what keys you give us, and what service(s) you select. Our personal service includes a weekly methodical inspection of the outside of your home for any signs of entry or damage. We then enter the home and flush all toilets, confirm that the refrigerator and a/c unit are working. Each window and door is checked to make sure they’re locked. Within 12 hours, we email you a report on the inspection. If any issues are found, digital photos will also be taken and sent to you. We also vary our scheduled inspection day so no one can predict our routine. The cost? Only $40 per month! Additional services available include:
• Water batteries for electric golf carts (recommend once or twice/month, depending on age of cart; $10)
• Start vehicles and drive around a block ($10)
• Restocking of pantry & refrigerated items ($25 + cost of items)
• Clean your home before your return ($75)
• Acceptance of deliveries ($25 at your home; $10 at our home & placed in your home at next scheduled visit – 40 pounds max)
• Plant watering; you provide schedule ($5)
• Check & empty your mailbox ($5)
