Easter 2024 is right around the bend…the New River bend that is 😉!! I’ll see you at Todd Island Park at 2 pm on March 31st! You can see me best from the footbridge…. Then we’ll hop down the road to Walter and Annie Cook Park for some fun egg hunting! 💙💦🛶🐇🙌🏻

It's spring in Todd, NC!

IT’S ALMOST TIME! Todd Island Park will be opening again at the end of April and you’re invited to the opening events! We hope you’ll join us on either Thursday or Friday, April 27 and 28, 2023, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.

Natural resource professionals, tours and educational material will be available to explain the exciting changes at the park and to celebrate all that this unique park has to offer.

Summer concert series in Todd, NC. Vacation mode activated!

We’re very excited about the 2023 Summer Concert Series lineup. And, yes, the July 4 Todd Liberty Parade will be back this year! All concerts take place in Cook Memorial Park, downtown Todd.

Here’s the schedule:

June 24 Burnette Sisters, 6-8:00 pm

July 4 King Bees, 11:30 am (after the Liberty Parade)

July 15 Lucky Strikes, 6-8:00 pm

July 29 Trailblazers, 6-8:00 pm

August 12 Wayne Henderson, 6-8:00 pm
