At Synchronicity, we have years of practical experience in the event production industry. We are available as consultants, as well as video support, in the planning and manning of your event, and can take the pressure and headache out of the details to help create a stunning and smoothly executed event you will take pride in. Events, especially at the large or corporate level, can involve a lot of moving parts. We can provide everything you need including projection, screens, led walls, lighting, sound, staging, and more, along with the strategic and tech planning you need to figure it all out. We are known for our attention to detail, problem solving, planning, and cool heads when it comes to the fast paced and multi faceted job planning an event can be. Today we had the pleasure of providing video support for the YWCA of Northwest Ohio for their 29th Annual Milestones event. Dave has the honor of having been there for every one of those 29 years.

Once again, beautiful weather, incredible leadership and volunteers, outstanding musical talent, and about 30,000 of our best friends have made this year's Acoustics for Autism event the largest and most celebrated free music festival in the area. There are really no words powerful enough to convey what has been accomplished here.

Nicole Khoury, Scott Hayes, you are just the most incredible humans and the world is so much better for having you both in it.

John McAfee, thank you for sharing with us your original track 'On Angel's Wings' for backing music to our video. Your kindness and talent are irreplaceable here in the Toledo area.

There are many, many other people we could call out but so many others have done such a great job of that, and we will let those words carry the day. From us, in short, just a lot of deep gratitude to be a part of something so kind, so giving, and so inspirational 💙🎶🎥

We’ve been on a bit of a posting hiatus, and let a lot of good stuff go by due to a whole lot of internal work. Switching domains, changing email addresses, and a whole bunch of pre production on a couple of larger shows on top of our regular schedules have kept us busy lately! We are not complaining and are grateful for each and every client that chooses Synchronicity!

We didn’t want to miss posting these two wonderful events we have had the pleasure of being a part of today, and one yet to come this weekend. We split the crew, did a little divide and conquer, and two events worth of good times have ensued so far!

First today, we have The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Northern Ohio with their Student Visionaries of the Year event. This wonderful organization works every day to .

Also today, we are providing video support for our friends at SewHope at their L.E.A.P. ….Love Ends All Poverty 2024….event, to benefit the people of Peten, Guatemala through improvements to health, opportunity, and education.

We will round out this weekend by doing the crazy race that is getting video footage at this year’s Acoustics for Autism 17 by Project iAm for the recap video. Another wonderful organization out here doing what it takes to help children and families affected by ASD. Come out to this one and see what the fun is all about!

It’s a giving kind of weekend and it’s awesome to see so much love flying around our little T-town.

Learn from the best in the region!

We encourage anyone with an interest in learning about live sound engineering to take part in this three-week program at Owens Community College. The course is taught by our very own Todd Mitchell and is great for beginners or individuals who wish to better polish their skills.
