Have several floors I need to post. Just haven’t had the time. Here is one we recently. Home I worked in 15 years ago. 3 1/4 white oak installed and finished. This was stained 50:50 Golden Oak and Neutral. Then All Loba Duo 2k with amberizer.

Haven’t posted in awhile. We have been crazy busy. There is no lights in this house so my pictures are awful! This was a multi level project that took little over two weeks. Removed 1500 sqft of carpet. Bunch of tile and installed new white oak, sanded original to match. And had a blast making custom curved nosing. David and I are really getting good at those custom bends. Loba stain and Loba Duo finish for the win!

Little stair case we did a couple weeks ago. Will post pics after painter comes in as well.. One of my favorite things todo is completely transform old dates stair case into a simple modern look. Thanks to .supplydesign for the treads and nosing and for the newel post rails and iron.

Water damage floor that was originally done in a white wash. Wish I had more before, it was horrible. All of the original work was bad. We replaced sections of flooring that was damaged. And sanded all the hardwoods the correct way. Our homeowner was extremely happy. The last guys she fired. So her guard was on high, as it should be. She went with a simple clear finish with whitener in it. Loba Duo 2k…

Old rental home, home owner just asked for a simple refinish. Has been a rental for 25 years so not exactly sure what all was put on this floor over the years, so we locked it in with some Bullseye Sealer, then top coated with Pallmann PowerX Ultra Matte… Home owner was extremely happy. For a simple 80 year old floor came out pretty decent for what it’s been through.
