Complete with a football table, putting range, golf chipping game and seating for four at the table. (We've also added a bourbon barrel in the corner for one more place to set your drink while playing.)

The living room has a large wall-mounted smart TV (with Firestick and Roku, so you can stream away with whatever platforms you normally use), plus retro Atari and Nintendo gaming systems. The McDonald's-style breakfast nook is a great place for meals or work, although we don't recommend the latter.

The kitchen has all the amenities you'd expect. A full-size fridge, dishwasher (brand new in 2024), gas stove, large microwave, popcorn popper, dishes, pots, pans, condiments, spices, utensils and, of course, a Darth Vader toaster that cooks a Star Wars logo onto your toast.

Bedroom has plenty of space, with an exercise bike, extra pull-out sleeper couch, walk-in closet and both regular blinds...

Bedroom has plenty of space, with an exercise bike, extra pull-out sleeper couch, walk-in closet and both regular blinds and blackout curtains. It faces south, so you get the sunrise in the morning if you want, or not if you utilize the curtains.
