Last week we were able to get away to the TRS Yucatán in Riviera Maya with friends. I have to say that I love this resort and will definitely be back! Our Butler service was amazing and the staff was top-notch! This resort is large, and connected to three sister resorts that you have access to. It has seven pools across the resorts, but our favorite was the Infiniti pool. The grounds are very well kept and everyone works really hard to make sure you are enjoying your time there. We loved every meal we had and the tequila tasting is a must to do!
Although the resort is not set directly on the beach, you can walk or take a golf cart over to the private TRS beach. To walk into the ocean was a little rocky for a few steps, but once you got in it was perfect. 
I think my only complaint was that we tried to grab lunch before we headed back to the airport and apparently all the restaurants are closed from 11:30 to 12:30. They should have at least one on each resort open at all times.
This resort is priced very well for what you get and I can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time !

It is National Son and Daughter Day!!
We just moved our daughter into her dorm for her junior year of college and she will be working with us part time🥰. Our son will be in 5th grade this year and will continue to give us hugs and kisses and cuddles and supervise as we plan all your wonderful travels. We couldn't be prouder of our babies and geez does time go by WAY too fast! Being a travel advisor is a dream come true but being a parent is the best job in the world.
So, Happy National Son and Daughter Day to all those loveable kiddos that break our pocketbooks and bring us joy every day!

We took a beautiful boat to the island and possibly lost 10 pounds from the heat😂I highly recommend taking a golf cart if you visit this island so you can explore on your own. The vendors can be a little overwhelming when you first arrive but the locals in the heart of the city are great and the tacos are awesome! You can also rent a villa with an ocean view so you can spend a few days exploring the culture. Will definitely be back for a longer stay!

I have clients tell me they want to go sky diving all the time so I figured we better try it for ourselves. 10/10 recommended! For all my local clients I highly recommend Gateway Skydiving Center in Greenville. They are awesome! If you are an adrenaline ju**ie like us, let me know and I can connect you for an amazing jump!

If you are looking for a great little get getaway on a budget the Riu Resorts in Playa Del Carmen are a good choice!
Pros: The beaches are beautiful and go on for miles. The resorts are well kept and come with their own little rescue cats that are friendly ❤️ The views from the infinity pool were beautiful and the foam parties are fun for all! Also, the Espresso Martinis are DELICIOUS!
Cons: The food at the restaurants were just ok but the buffets were very good and have a great variety. These are family friendly resorts but seem to lack a lot of things to do for your littles.

We tried out the RIU transportation provided by the resorts because it was very affordable. I am always looking for better transportation for our clients to make it a great experience and this will never be one of them. It is at least an hour drive to get there and was less than pleasant.

Overall RIU resorts are great and can’t wait to visit others in the Cancun Hotel Zone and Cabo. If you are looking to book your next vacation we would love to help!
