Last week I finally made a dream come true. The night before Thanksgiving we ate !!!! Papa ala Huancaina, Aguachiles, Tiradito, Grilled Octopus and Paella. Everything was incredible. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Chef Walther, it was awesome to meet you. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us. I can’t recommend more. 10/10!

The skimboard I made for @he1lbxy back in 2020.

During Covid this little project kept me from losing my mind 🤪. All materials found at my local Lowe’s except for some epoxy resin and waterski fins that I had on hand. Paddled good but not buoyant enough to stand up on. Makes a great beer specials sign one of my favorite local Mexican restaurants!
