Last 4 days in Japan…the Kumamoto castle ca. 1470(one of the three premier castle in Japan), clean streets and street corners are lined with beautiful floral arrangements, more food, Fukuoka’s fresh fish market, more shopping and more food😁

Where in the world is Chef Dee?…my first of 2023 culinary tour through southwest Japan covering a big city of Osaka to Kobe-Kyoto via trains and subway then flew to the island of Kyūshū the town of Fukuoka where we rented a car so to visit smaller towns of Beppu (capital city of hot springs) , Miyazaki Prefecture(known for their coastlines & delicious & aromatic wild mushrooms)-Kumamoto, city and prefectural capital in central Kyushu, Japan (known for its castle-pictures in the following slides)
