Elastik Labs was founded in June of 2010 in Cedar Rapids Iowa by Austin Switalski and Alex Best. From the very start Elastik Labs has always been on the cutting edge of recording gear, techniques, and quality working with dozens of artists of all genres throughout all of Iowa. In June of 2011, Alex relocated to Tucson, AZ. Since then he has progressed on a music journey that has no boundaries, wor
king with as many forms of Rock/Metal music possible as well with his band The Endless Endeavor. In July of 2012 Alex opened doors to the 2nd location for Elastik Labs. Continuing to offer highest quality services, and limitless creativity, all in a comfortable at-home environment. "When Producing/Engineering a full-length or even an EP with a band, it becomes more than just a recording. The Engineer is the gateway between the band and the audible world.
