Dreaming About The Mouse Travel and Dreaming About Vacations
I’ve been a little absent over the past few weeks working on some things behind the scenes. A big change is coming very soon so please be on the look out for an announcement.
Pompeii! What an incredible place! This city was covered in ashes from a volcano and then excavated. It was truly incredible to walk these grounds.
More Pisa! Man was this a site to see. The Field of Miracles and the Leaning Tower of Pisa amazed me. It was more spectacular in person than I would have imagined and so glad we got the opportunity to see it!
We also had the best lunch/snack at a sandwich shop called Il Crudo and once we got back to the boat we headed to the town of La Spezia and had a delicious meal. Phew, it was a full but awesome day!
Our day in Pisa started with a boat ride on a small lake (or what our tour guide called a “swamp”). It was truly the prettiest swamp I’ve ever seen. Check out the views from the water. This day was fabulous and I loved going places I’ve never been.
Palma De Mallorca, you did not disappoint! The caves and beach were beautiful and the food was delicious! We will be back!
We FINALLY arrived in Europe and should make our cruise! After a long delay that caused us to miss our flight to Barcelona from Dallas, I started to problem solve and find the best solutions (there weren’t many at all). I called on my team and my sweet travel agent friends hopped in and helped me brain storm after hours of exhausting every option. (Sometimes an exhausted travel agent needs her own travel agent). My friend Lindsay Smith came in CLUTCH with a KLM option to Barcelona connecting to Amsterdam out of Houston. So yes, that meant after landing in Dallas at 12:00 PM, sleeping a few hours at the hotel, going BACK to DFW to hopefully get our bags, by the grace of God and the angel that worked the luggage desk at American, we were able to retrieve our bags. We rented a car and headed to Houston. While coordinating this, I was cancelling hotels for us and my friends/clients with us, cancelling and changing transfer and taking care of all the moving parts… and this, this is why you have a travel agent. We finally made it to Europe and one more flight to go so we can hop on our cruise to Italy!
And P.S… the Amesterdam airport is pretty easy to navigate and has great shops! (Thank you Megan Guinnup for putting my mind at ease about navigating the unknown.. it helped so much)
Phew what a May and I’m ending it with a vacation to Europe! I will be out of the office through June 3rd! We are headed to Spain and Italy! Please know my office will be closed during this time and I will not be able to process any payments, make any changes to reservations or make new reservations. I’ll be out of the office May 7th - May 12th, 2024 visiting Walt Disney World with my sweet daughter and her bestie. We will be in one of our favorite places and can’t wait to enjoy all of the magic at Disney! This will start the graduation celebrations and we can’t wait!

🍽️ Rapunzel’s Royal Table is one of the three main dining restaurants on the the Disney Magic and was our favorite! The details to attention were incredible and the lunch was delicious 🍽️
❓Did you know when you board Disney ships, you have two options for lunch. You can either go up to the main buffet (Cabanas on the Disney Magic) or a main dining room. Each ship has one of their main dining restaurants open for lunch. How do you find out which one will have lunch? Check the Disney Cruise Line app when you board! ‼️
It’s SPRING BREAK and we are about to set sail on the Disney Magic! I will be out of the office through March 26th, 2024 and will return Wednesday, March 27th. 🌊 The Oceanears club on the Disney Wish have so many cool spaces! Checkout the Star Wars Cargo Bay Area! This is perfect for any Star Wars fan! 🌊
🏠 The Ultimate Family Townhouse Suite is incredible! This suite had two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a movie room, a slide, a hammock in doors, a game table, a hot tub, and its own access to the Surfside in area. It’s absolutely incredible and I would never leave! 🏠
Check out this Ocean View stateroom. This particular stateroom sits on deck four and sleeps four. It has two twin beds that convert to a king and then a pull out sofa.

There is a backstory to understanding. We already have a Disney Cruise planned for Spring Break, hence the original response (like he already knew we were going). BUT, we planned a weekend getaway for the kids 18th and 14th bday and Joey had no idea. (Jordyn found out by default, but did not spoil it for her brother).
