The Cottage is located on Sandy Bottom Pond in Turner.
It’s a cozy 480 sq. ft. tiny house that sits above the quiet spring fed pond, perfect for fishing and kayaking.
The Cottage is a magical place where you can unplug from the world and reconnect with yourself, family and nature.
Amenities include:
2nd Floor: Bedroom
King Bed
2 Twin Beds
Linens, Pillows, Blankets
Half Bath (Incinerating Toilet)
TV and DVD Player
Balcony w/ Comfortable Seating
1st Floor: Main Living Areas
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Small Dining Table
Living Room With Trundle Day Bed and Futon
Wood Stove
Deck w/ Table and Chairs
Outdoor Shower

Outside Amenities:
100’ of Waterfront
Dock
Kayak w/ Paddles
Waterfront Fire Pit (wood is provided)
Access to ATV trails within 500 ft.

• Guests are expected to bring their own water for drinking and cooking (has running water in the kitchen filtered from the pond. Not recommended for consumption).
• There are 52 stairs that lead you down to the water, be prepared.
