Before you place your stamp of approval on any material representing your business, take another look. Remove anything written in a passive tone of voice. Give customers a good first impression - you rock and you know it, so show it!

Ask the Right Questions

In an interview, ask questions that help you understand the character of the candidate. Asking a potential employee, “How would your friends describe you?” is a good place to start. Watching how they answer a difficult question is a good indicator on how they perform under stress. Remember, how they come up with a response is almost as important as the response itself.
