While my travel adventures may make it seem like I'm always on vacation, the truth is I'm constantly working behind the scenes to enhance my knowledge of destinations and resorts to provide the best experience for my clients. Building relationships with partners and experiencing things firsthand are all part of the job. For many in the industry, travel is not just a passion but a means of livelihood, supporting families and everyday needs. Despite the challenges, missed family events, long hours, and dropping everything to help someone in need, I still LOVE what I do. I have fun and enjoy the adventure every step of the way.

Venturing into Lima's culinary scene was a treat, especially when it involves sampling local beers and discovering unique dining spots. Today, we stumbled upon a cozy spot for a cold beer and a tasty lunch, before ending the night at one of the world's top 50 bars. Cheers to new flavors and unforgettable experiences!

During our tour yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting Love Park. ❤️ This picturesque spot offers a perfect setting to relax, people watch, and admire the surfers in Lima Bay below.

Additionally, it provides a thrilling view of paragliders enjoying their adrenaline rush. Maybe by the end of the trip I will jump and enjoy the same experience. 🪂

TRAVEL ADVISOR APPRECIATION DAY

There are no words to describe what this team means to me. These women are fierce, hardworking, loyal, passionate, and kind.

They work incredibly hard for their clients, oftentimes while on their on vacations, while working other jobs, and even in the wee hours of the night. They embrace my belief, in that, to be exceptional at our craft, we must travel far, travel often, travel to learn, travel to make mistakes, and travel to the places we send our clients—all things that set us apart from an online booking engine or call center.

JULY is our queen of cruises. She is our highest producing cruise advisor and is knowledgeable across dozens of cruise brands. July is stronger than she knows and I’m in awe of all she juggles.

CRYSTAL is our highest producing Disney destination advisor, but more specifically, our Adventures by Disney specialist. Crystal has been my person for 23 years and I could never do life without her.

KIMBERLY is great at multiple destinations, but is our team’s Hawaii specialist. She’s also the first to volunteer for anything we need.

JANINE is our jack of all trades. She knows Europe like the back of her hand, but can plan a trip anywhere in the world. She NEVER says no and is ALWAYS up for an adventure.

KELSEY’s clients LOVE her. I can’t even tell you how many times a week I get text messages from clients raving about her service and asking for her address to send her gifts. Kelsey has a growing worldwide portfolio.

EMMA started as my assistant and is now part of our Concierge team. She services client reservations, ties up loose ends, creates beautiful itineraries, and is willing to do ANYTHING she’s asked. I don’t know how I functioned without her.

LEIGH loves all things Disney. But what WE love about Leigh is her heart and her fight. Many people don’t know this, but Leigh has cancer. She has worked hard to plan vacations for her clients, while undergoing chemo, radiation, and all the awful and exhausting things that go along with cancer. She is our hero.
