DESCRIPTION:
This Rhinelander cabin on private, 133 acre, Snowden Lake offers great fishing, sandy frontage, and beautiful sunsets. Bring your fishing gear and swimsuits, and enjoy the lake, with several amenities, restaurants and adventures nearby. This 2 bedroom, one bath, sleeps 11+ and offers a simple relaxation atmosphere.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Two bedroom, one bath home, with two additional sleeping lofts is located on the Hodag Sno-Trail system and Snowden Lake, only 7 minutes from Rhinelander.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2), Bunk Bed (twin over queen - 3)
Loft 1: Two Twin Beds (2)
Loft 2: Two Twin Beds (2)

INDOOR SPACE:
TV/DVD and movies, full kitchen with dishes, board games, minimal toys, washer/dryer
*** NOTE: there is no Wi-Fi but owners have good cell reception.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
4 kayaks, swing, fire pit with seating, deck with lake views, charcoal grill, swim raft, life jackets, outdoor eating area, yard games, darts, hammocks, tubes, air compressor. No public boat launch available.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped w/ cooking basics (utensils, plates, cups, bowls, mixing bowls), fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker

GENERAL:
Linens/towels, washer/dryer, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer

PARKING:
Driveway (4 vehicles), trailer parking

House Rules and Policies:
- No smoking, va**ng
- Pet friendly with $200 fee/taxes (max 2)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-All campfires must stay in the fire pit ring
- NOTE: Your safety matters. There are two exterior cameras on the property, but do not face interior of cabin.
