- Creation of an Airbnb and/or VRBO listing including photos, description, guest rules & policies, booking rate and other

initial set-up work. We will determine the cleaning fee to be paid by the guest.

- Communication with the guests before and during their stay. We provide on-site assistance if the guest needs it, although we try to plan for any contingency.

- Cleaning and preparing the home between rentals.

- Maintenance of property including minor repairs as well as recommendations if additional repair services are needed. We do not provide lawn care in most situations.

- We will help furnish and prepare the property for rental if needed or desired.
