Did you know that every year 42,000 women lose their lives to breast cancer? Causing catastrophe in families; kids and husbands alike losing the ones that they love.

Along with this, getting the proper treatment and care for these women and their families is at no shy expense.

It was an absolute honor to help raise money for Women Rock Inc. — a huge shout out to everyone that participated in the event. It may not be much, but here at PK Pirates we are hopeful that these funds will support anyone going through the difficult times that cancer brings.

Just a little pirate update for your Wednesday evening!

The PK pirates are moving along with the project. Having added sheet metal, windows, rails, and trim over the last few days.

Next stop is putting the doors up, insulating our quarters, and getting the rails up on the elevated surfaces.

With COVID-19, what will this Summer at Possum Kingdom Lake look like?

We want to make PK GREAT AGAIN, and we are working on a very special project, and we need YOUR help.

We plan to build the greatest aquatic spectacle that ever sailed.

WE ARE BUILDING A PIRATE SHIP......THE "Santa Maria"!

But, in order to make this dream a reality, we need your help. Here's a few things that could provide value:

- A dock to park the boat
- Dock Floats to use as a base
- Raw Materials (wood, screws, and metal)
- Experienced wood worker / welders
- Sponsors
