Who has invested in you? Almost 4 years ago, my Chief Executive Officer, John Cooper, called me and literally changed my life! He offered me a job as his Chief Legal Officer. I was honored, nervous, and excited all at the same time. This was such a tremendous growth opportunity, I wasn't sure I was qualified having been strictly an attorney for the government over 25 years. Mr. Cooper reassured me I was a perfect fit for his legal vision and I could do the job. I have thanked him over the past four years. This woman has had such a positive impact on my career and life! What a pleasure to join her family and our colleagues to honor her for over 20 years as a leader in the fight against human trafficking! She was the first Central Region Criminal Justice Coordinator for the Florida Department of Children and Families! Her passion for our kids, her advocacy for stronger policies and legislation, combined with her abilities to form solid relationships across multi-disciplines has changed the way we serve this vulnerable population across the State of Florida! Sue, you soooo deserve this award! Thank you for all you have taught me and because of YOU, I was able to serve as the 3rd Criminal Justice Coordinator for our region for almost 6 years. My mothet passed at 52 years old. I was 32 years old and decided, I was going to LIVE for whatever years I was granted. I have passed my mother's 52 years on earth and I am so blessed and thankful because God has allowed me to do and see soooo much!

Let's tell the truth!

I had a glorious time yesterday at the beach reflecting and journaling. ✍️ ⛱️🙌🏽 Towards the end of my time look what appeared...a rainbow 🌈 to remind me of God's promises to me!!!

The end of the year can be full of hustle and bustle but it is imperative that we create time to be still and reflect on 2024.

✍️ What do you need to clean up, eliminate or prune=cut back on prior to moving into 2025.
✍️ Are there relationships and people that you need to leave in 2024?

Telling ourselves the truth about the status of our lives is vital if you desire to have a fulfilling life. There is still time to reflect and be honest with yourself about how you see your last year...and starting re-evaluating so you can reimagine and begin to recreate in 2025!

Giving brings me joy! While many will be celebrating this holiday season with family or friends, let's not forget those who are less fortunate! Today, I continued my holiday tradition of blessing the homeless with holiday gift bags in downtown Orlando. Tis the season to BE hope for those who may feel forgotten and are just living day by day. I was so blessed when one woman who is homeless just broke out singing a Christmas Carol after she received her bag! Yaaaasss! Sing Miss, SING! 🎶
