Now more than ever staying centered and practicing self-care care is important! 🚫 let people bait you into exhausting conversations. Find ways to bring light into the darkness. I needed to just laugh...so I enjoyed a comedy show last night! Proverbs 17:22 says, "A joyful heart is good medicine but a broken spirit dries the bones."

Happy weekend! Do you take time to be still, reflect, and process through journaling or do you just work, work, work and go, go, go???

✍️ journaling is therapeutic and helps us recenter, especially after challenging weeks or in difficult situations.

What a beautiful weekend here in Orlando to relax and journal at a park on the lake. It is simple, peaceful, and free!!!

As a reminder self-care doesn't have to be expensive or planned out moths in advance. You can just make a decision to enjoy something literally in your own back yard! Last week it was the ocean, this week it is a lake for me! What are you doing for YOU this weekend?

Folks it is VERY important to attend community forums as well as conducting your own research to understand WHO and WHAT you are voting for. In all thy getting, PLEASE get an understanding!
