If anyone needs clarification about the latest e-mail from DTA regarding modifications, I was on the phone with DRC and got some answers and then posted this on my team page:

DTA just sent out an e-mail regarding reservations through July 11th. Just for clarification, if you have a reservation that is CHECKING OUT on or before July 11th, you can modify it now to move the guest to an open resort at no additional cost.

If the guest is checking out AFTER July 11th, you can modify right now but the guest would be responsible for paying any difference in price. So if you have a guest with a reservation over that date, checking out AFTER the 11th, and they want to keep their current dates, wait until further communication to modify them if they don't want to pay the difference in price.

To clarify further, this is different than the last set of dates where we could modify guests with ARRIVALS through July 4th. Wanted to save everyone a little time and avoid any confusion!

Checking out BEFORE July 11th - modify to an open resort and guest will not pay difference in price.

Checking out AFTER July 11th (and want to keep same date) - WAIT! Do not modify yet. Wait for communication from DTA so you can modify the guest at no additional cost to them.
