🏰📍 Experiencing royalty is commonplace on the Madrid pickleball trip, especially when visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site of the El Escorial Royal Monastery. Built in 1563, this architectural masterpiece is a palace, monastery, park, and library all in one, featuring the “Panteón de los Reyes” where Spain’s kings and queens are laid to rest. Definitely worth a few hours off of pickleball to visit!

Exploring the famous Atarazanas Market in Málaga, Spain 🍊☀ Dating back to the 14th century, no visit is complete without stopping for a few tapas or “pescaito” (small fried fish). Even if you’re not hungry, the market’s stunning architecture and lively atmosphere make it an experience to savor.

Panoramic views of Madrid from our rooftop dinner in the heart of Spain's capital city. In addition to the views, great food, drink and ambience where the locals go to enjoy Madrid from above. 🌆✨ Established in 1880, the rooftop is part of the fine arts cultural center, called Círculo de Bellas Artes, that hosts everything from art exhibitions to theater to live music. And just a few steps away from our hotel!

📍Córdoba, Spain: Calleja de Las Flores (the little flower street) is nestled right outside the famous "La Mezquita" Mosque-Cathedral. The narrow streets decorated with an array of colorful flowers are a must see when in Southern Spain. No wonder Cordoba's historical city center is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
