A question that I often hear is, “How do I figure out what to charge for my retreat?”

Simple enough in many ways but a VERY layered question when you get into it. Of course there are the base numbers: expenses divided by the number of people. But many people miss lots of the little leaky expenses and get this wrong - I digress. Plus the value of your leadership/coaching/transformation: meaning the income you desire for your time and expertise.

Now that 2024 is ramping up people are solidfying their travel plans... but have you started seeing any potential snarls to your travel plans?
