We got to tour a Yurt, originally from Canada, that is in the proccess of being finished. Happy Tuesday Friends! It's time for another introduction!

My name is Anna Ouimet and I have been working as Melody's Short Term Vacation Rental Management Assistant since August of 2020. After working in customer service during the heart of the pandemic, the opportunity came along to quit my main job and work with Melody. It was a great transition for me as I was wanting to do something that gave me flexible hours, opportunity for financial growth, and to apply the management and organizational leadership skills I have to expand and grow the business.

A big thing that makes RockIT With Us unique is that we focus on quality over quantity, and creating unique, high-end experiences for our guests. We have incredible clients! 😀 The part that I love most about Airbnb and working in this field, is the travel and adventure that it offers and the people you meet along the way. Personally, I have gotten the opportunity to travel to 7 different countries in the last 10 years, so needless to say I am someone who is always down for an adventure and I crave new experiences.

I am a native to Lynchburg, VA. I spent the first half of my life studying to become a professional dancer. When it was apparent that wasn't the best path for me to take, I spent the next 10 years traveling, serving, learning from these experiences, and gaining a lot of perspective from all the different people I got to meet and work with. I currently find myself back in Lynchburg trying to set myself up for success and get creative with work and life. I love to workout, be outside, go to all the beautiful Virginia wineries and breweries, laugh with friends, and have enriching conversations that make me think and grow.

It's time for a Friday introduction! Thanks for being here with us, as we are excited to share with you about our company, RockIT With Us!

My name is Melody Infinger and I am the COO of RockIT With Us!
I grew up in Florida, but the Bedford Blue Ridge area has always been my true home. I like to think outside the box and get creative with my time. I graduated with my masters in Organizational Leadership and served in the Air Force for five years as a weather girl. I love the energy that only nature can bring. I have enjoyed creating ceramics, I studied classical guitar performance for five years, and have always been a car fanatic. After trying the normal 9-5 job thing and hating it, I realized there were other options out there to better suit my personality and interests. That's when I got into Airbnb. I saw where Airbnb was a great opportunity with a successful platform. After starting my own basement apartment BNB, I began meeting friends and seeing how those around me had dynamite real estate property that would be great for Short Term Vacation Rentals. There were also plenty of people with great ideas that needed the proper vacation strategies. Pretty quickly I got an Airbnb coach that taught me all the tricks to stay on the cutting edge.

I'm now five years into this business, and I'm excited to find what other high end boutique BNBs you may be sitting on, even if it's just a thought or dream in your head. It's so much fun to get creative with a vacation experience! It really does encompass so many details. My goal is to go all out on every aspect so that your place is at its best for long term "rave" reviews. The pricing strategy has to grow and change over time so that you don't lose money.
