Downstairs enjoys a screened-in porch where you can have your morning coffee and be surrounded by the scenes and sounds of nature. This breathtaking view will have you wanting to extend your vacation. The kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bath are also located on this level. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a private balcony of the marsh view along with your private bath. There is also a study area that can be used for meditating or if you must work on vacation, this is the perfect spot!

This Townhome will sleep up to six people and allow a small fur baby up to 25 lbs, so they too can have a vacation. Bedrooms downstairs consist of a queen in each room, and the master has a king bed.

4th of July activities!!

If you’re on Amelia Island on Friday, July 1st, you can enjoy the free Sounds on Centre event that will be held on the intersection of Second and Centre Street in downtown Fernandina Beach on the north of the island. The show will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and will include raffle drawings as well as prizes donated by local businesses.

Downtown Fernandina Beach is where the past and the present collide into small town perfection and where the Hometown 4th of July takes place from 6pm – 10pm. featuring music, food trucks and vendors. Fireworks will launch at approximately 9:00pm.

Red, White & Deep Blue Celebration at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. From 6pm – 9:30pm, enjoy an ocean front lawn party with lavish buffet, family games and front row seats to an oceanfront fireworks show at 9:15!

TIP: This is a ticketed event.
