Dear Friends - Thank you to the many of you who have reached out to us after hurricane Helene. Longboat Key and Lido Key are working very hard to restore all services and clean up post storm.

Our company was very fortunate to not have damage in any of our Condos and only 3 of our houses sustained some damages, but will recover quickly. We now have power and water in 100% off our condos and homes.
