Located near the intersection of Shaws Fork and Coleman Bridge Road in Aiken, SC, it sits on 6 acres, is fully furnished and offers 1 bedroom / 1 bath with full kitchen, living room and dining space, along with 2 stalls and pastures with run-in sheds for your horses. Up to 2 well-behaved pets and up to 2 horses welcome with refundable deposit.
Monthly price is $2250 and includes electric, high speed internet, and yard / pasture maintenance throughout the growing months. First and last month’s rent required with refundable deposit, application, credit and background check.
Please note that owner will keep 1-2 horses on-site seasonally.

The hunt box is ready to host you and your horses this season, and will be available for nightly (minimum 2), weekly and monthly rentals starting December 1st! We have guests coming and going throughout October and November, so there is some availability during that time as well!

The Greatest of E’s Hunt Box is fully furnished and can host up to 4 guests. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 chairs that convert to beds in the living room. Clean bedding and towels are included in your stay. Basics are provided for toiletries and cooking. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a stackable washer/dryer available for use. Ample parking is available for vehicles and trailers. For your horses, there are two stalls, two large pastures with plenty of riding space, storage space for feed, hay and tack, and a wash rack with cross ties.

About: Built in 2018 and sitting on 6 acres, this property offers 900 square feet of living space with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 2 attached stalls and 2 large grass pastures for your horses, with plenty of space for riding.
Location: Situated near the 302 Corridor, getting to Downtown Aiken, Bruce’s Field and Hitchcock Woods takes less than 20 minutes! For the eventers coming to visit, the Greatest of E’s Hunt Box is down the road from The Vista, Paradise Farm and Full Gallop Farm. It’s also an easy drive to many fox hunting fixtures for Whiskey Road Foxhounds and Aiken Hounds.
Accommodations: The Greatest of E’s Hunt Box is fully furnished and can host up to 4 guests. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 chairs that convert to beds in the living room.
