Need another reason to book with a travel advisor? If what you booked isn't what you're getting a quick phone call gets the ball rolling on getting things corrected. If you call that website you're going to be on hold for who knows how long and may just end up with a canceled reservation. And just remember being rude to the front desk isn't going to get you a room.
