Hey, I’m Kristi! 👋 If we haven’t met yet, here’s a little peek into who I am beyond travel planning.

💜 I love cruising—there’s just something about being on the water that soothes my soul. I also like the variety of choices cruising provides between food, cocktails, entertainment, and activities.
🔍 Mystery books & shows are my thing! Give me a good whodunit, and I’m hooked. I owe watching many episodes of Matlock and Perry Mason and reading The Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew when I was younger.
🎭 Universal’s Mardi Gras is a favorite event of mine! The music, the food, the energy—I look forward to it every year. If you ever get the chance, reserve the Float & Dine package. It provides a whole different perspective of the parade!
🌍 EPCOT has my heart as it was the first Walt Disney World park I visited. (There were only two parks then.) The mix of culture, food, and festivals always keeps me coming back.
🐶 Mom life keeps me busy! Two kids and a dog mean life is always an adventure in itself.

Good Morning!

As the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Eve, I wrapped up one of my biggest goals for 2024 a little early. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially completed my training and submitted all the paperwork to become a Certified Cruise Counselor with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association).

What does that mean? It means I’ve taken my professional development to the next level. While many agents join CLIA for the basic membership benefits, I’ve chosen to go deeper by completing additional training that focuses on creating unforgettable cruise experiences for my clients.

This certification equips me with a deeper understanding of cruise lines, destinations, and industry trends, so I can confidently guide families—like yours—toward vacations that are truly memorable and stress-free. Whether you’re dreaming of sailing to the Caribbean or exploring Alaska, I’m here to help make those dreams a reality.

Thank you for your continued trust in me. Your adventures inspire me to keep learning, growing, and finding new ways to make travel magical.

As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on how truly thankful and blessed I am to have such incredible clients and an amazing travel community. You’ve entrusted me with planning your magical vacations, from walking down Main Street, U.S.A. at Walt Disney World to setting sail on unforgettable adventures with Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean. Some of you basked in the sun at breathtaking all-inclusive resorts, while others experienced destinations full of unique charm and wonder.

Each trip I helped plan this year came with its own story—families reconnecting, milestones celebrated, and memories made to last a lifetime. Whether it was booking a last-minute getaway, guiding you through exciting changes at theme parks, or finding the perfect cruise itinerary, it was my privilege to handle every detail so you could focus on enjoying your time together.
