Lets Talk Genie+ Lightning Lane

This service from Disney replaced "Fast Pass" back in 2021. For a fee, guests can log in to their My Disney Experience app and book a return window for select attractions and skip the long wait times that some of Disney's more popular attractions will have.

Recently, Disney has announced that guests who purchase Genie+ will now have access to download their ride photos!

(Don’t mind my face, I was very concentrating on defeating Zurg!) 😂

Ok. I’m officially excited! An entire new theme park coming to Universal Studios Orlando in 2025!!

Epic Universe will include 5 new immersive lands:

- A Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion
- Super Mario World
- Isle of Berk (How to Train Your Dragon)
- Dark Universe (think classic monsters!)
- Celestial Park (with a shooting star duel roller coaster!)

I can’t wait!

No one does festivals like EPCOT!

EPCOT has multiple festivals throughout the year. This year we were lucky enough to enjoy the Festival of the Arts!

Not only are there a ton of vendors selling amazing Disney inspired artwork, but there is also nightly entertainment and plenty of delicious food to try! The best part? With the Disney Dining Plan, you can use snacks to enjoy the limited time food offerings during these festivals. Paul and I used our snacks to enjoy this delicious blueberry pastry tart and grape smoothies with freeze-dried skittles at Figment's Imagination Station.

And now I have 2 new glasses to add to my collection that feature my favorite purple dragon!

January 1975, Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress opened in Walt Disney World!

This classic attraction originally debuted at the 1964 World’s Fair in New York and can currently be seen in the Magic Kingdom.

I love this attraction. Not only do I enjoy the nostalgia and history of it, but it has a very catchy soundtrack 😉

Did you know you can max out your score on Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin in Magic Kingdom?

If you get a score of 999,999, take a picture and present it to the cashier in the gift shop to get your Galactic Hero sticker to celebrate!

Did you know you can order a celebration cake when you make your reservation?

We were celebrating Paul’s birthday and so I was able to order him a birthday cake when I made the reservation and he was surprised! It was the perfect end to a great meal!

Beginning January 27, 2024 Country Bear Musical Jamboree in Magic Kingdom will be closing temporarily while the Bears rehearse for a brand new show that will open later this Summer!

I have always enjoyed the Country Bears at Magic Kingdom and while I will always remember the fun of this classic Disney attraction, I am so excited to see the new show!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

This year I made the decision to finally put my Disney expertise to work and become a travel planner! I am so grateful to have been able to join Dreams Travel Consulting to start my travel planning journey, and start building my business.

DTC is a wonderful agency and even though it has only been 6 months, I have already learned so much about the industry! This year has been a lot of learning and training to make sure I can bring the best travel experience to my clients. I look forward to really ramping up in 2024!

It was a whirlwind of a trip, and a quite eventful 48 hours, but Denver is beautiful!

We also found our new favorite breakfast joint: Snooze! The pancake flight was amazing, and the staff (at two different locations) were some of the friendliest people I have ever met! I would love to spend more time out here and explore some more!
