found a new home at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach only 7 months ago, now it’s third location. I’d highly recommend the chef’s experience for dinner so that you can try practically everything on the menu. Under the direction of chef José Andrés (love him!), Zaytinya’s menu reflects the rich regional diversity of classical Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisines. If you’re obsessed with Mediterranean food like we are, it’s a must!

Welcome to Club Meds newest all inclusive mountain resort, Club Med Quebec Charlevoix. 🏔️🤩 I was so excited to check this out for a quick birthday trip!

After a picturesque drive from Quebec airport, we arrived just in time for a beautiful pink sunset. We stayed in a river view room which was absolutely magical to wake up to every morning!

If you love skiing, Le Massif is a bucket list destination! It has over 57 ski trails and its vertical drop is the highest in Eastern Canada and east of the Rockies. I can honestly say that all-inclusive ski resorts are a game changer!

Enjoy all-inclusive convenience: equipment rental, delicious meals, unlimited drinks, and more all in one place. Not a skier? Indulge in spa treatments, fitness classes, indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, steam room, and tons of family-friendly activities. The list goes on!

My pictures and videos do not do the food justice as every night was a different theme with a variety of tasty dishes, it would be impossible to capture them all. There are two main restaurants offering spectacular views of the St Lawrence river and ski mountain:
La Chalet is the resort’s upscale gourmet lounge offering local dishes and Le Marchè is the resort’s main restaurant, featuring an expansive selection of local and international cuisine which was all delicious!

And of course I am excited to note that Club Med Charlevoix was built with sustainability in mind and will be awarded with a Green Global Certification. They’ve also partnered with Solucycle, a food waste management company that turns waste into green energy or compost/fertilizer.
