I woke up to a text from a client about the early check-in and insane room upgrade they received (during peak season) at their hotel. I live for these messages...want to know how they got it?!!

Did you know that hotels have a hierarchy for how rooms have been booked? Here is the breakdown:

Top dogs: Folks who booked through a travel pro with industry hookups.

Second tier: Guests who booked straight with the hotel.

Third tier: Those who booked via Amex, Chase, or other credit cards.

Bottom of the barrel: Those who went budget with sites like Expedia or Booking.com.

How does this affect you? Free breakfast, resort credits, and securing your spot at the top of the list for upgrades. If you want the full VIP treatment, hit me up!

Not to make this about me, but we are going to for a minute 🤣. A week ago I was bopping around the Greek islands, staying at some of my favorite properties and eating incredible food...this week I am living in a dorm room , eating cafeteria food. Just had to balance things out.

Now for the real reason for this post, I am so proud of my kids, their teammates, my coaching partners, and for the work that they put in all year to win first place at States and earn their spot at the World Finals of Odyssey of the Mind If you're not sure what this is, google it, I still have no idea how to explain it 🤣 other than this is a worldwide competition of the most creative, hard working, problem solvers around the world.
