If you thought manatees only ate seaweed, you'd be wrong!!
.
.
This behavior can be observed all around the state of Florida. I personally saw it in multiple places in North, South, and Central Florida. This manatee is grubbin.

Chassahowitzka River Vultures
Going out on the water as often as I do being a tour guide. You start too see things on the river that too most, would go unnoticed.
Example 1. Almost like clock work, at 10am all of the black and turkeys vultures take to the skies and start their day.
Chassahowitzka River Otters
Always great too see the otters on the river!

All white Common Snapping Turtle!
As an eco tourism business owner I get too experience first hand a lot of our native reptiles in their natural habitat almost everyday, but today I got too see something special for the first time and maybe the last time. A white Snapping Turtle! Not sure if it would be considered albino or not or just a light coloration, but if you scrubbed its shell I have a feeling it would be white. 🐢
