ses,. In the summertime enjoy the pools, a trip to Berkeley Springs, Great Cacapon State Park, and tubing down the Potomac. In the fall the foliage is amazingly beautiful as the wood burning season is about to begin. Wood burning fireplace makes for a cozy winter stay! Each season brings equal serenity. The retreat is a 2 bedroom and loft, quaint modernistic cabin in The Woods Community and is filled with amenities! 2 Bedrooms include one queen bed master with bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a set of bunk beds with a single bed and guest bath. It also has a loft with a double bed and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6-8. The cabin has 1200sf of indoor & lots of outdoor space for relaxing & family time. Back of the house has a huge window wall with scenic views of the woods. The property sits on 1.50 acres where you will see many birds, an occasional deer or even a flock of turkeys. Amenities include a full kitchen with dining table and chairs, tv and wifi and internet TV and a gazillion movies for you to enjoy. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The outdoor deck stretches as wide as the house and hosts a sitting area and table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside. Coffee on the deck in the morning is one of our favorite pastimes. The community also has many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center and two golf courses (one championship course and an executive course). Included with guest passes: indoor heated pool & hot tub, fitness center, rec center, shuffleboard, basketball, 2 outdoor pools, playground, tennis courts, and more. Some items are open seasonally (eg outdoor pools). Indoor activities are open during COVID measures at this time. Guests will receive 1 day pass per person to access the amenities of The Woods community - please let us know if you would like to purchase additional passes ($5/person for anyone over 4 yrs old) we will happily have them waiting for you. Golf Courses and Spa/Salon do not require a guest pass but are an additional cost depending on services. Book you appointments here:

The town of Martinsburg is a short driving distance for shopping. The town of Berkeley Springs is just about 10 miles away. There are trails for hiking and biking, rivers for canoeing or kayaking. It’s and outdoorsman’s dream or place to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Our rates are:
$800 per week
$350 per full weekend (Friday 10am- Sunday 5pm)
$125 per night (Mon- Thurs)
Dogs only for pets. Fee is $50 per dog per stay. Cleaning fee is: $125
We will provide linens and towels for an additional $50
